Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," revealed that in the first 9 months (January-September) of 2023, the company achieved a cumulative pre-sale of approximately 11.784 billion baht, which is 79% of the annual sales target set at 15 billion baht. The company is confident in achieving its sales goals. The main project driving sales growth in Q3 2023 is Modiz Avantgarde, a new campus condo project near Thammasat University, consisting of 751 units with a project value of 1.800 billion baht, which sold out shortly after its launch. This reinforces ASW's position as a true market leader in the campus condo sector, thanks to its prime location, competitive pricing, and comprehensive amenities that cater to the lifestyle of modern consumers.

Furthermore, it is believed that the real estate market will become very vibrant starting from Q4 2023, driven by the new government's economic stimulus policies that will be gradually rolled out. The recent policy on free visas for tourists from China and Kazakhstan signals a positive recovery for the hotel sector, as well as the condominium market in Bangkok and major tourist cities, including the vacation home market. The real estate sector is directly related to economic conditions, and the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Thai Industries have indicated that if the new government effectively manages the country, Thailand's economy could grow beyond 3.0%. As the economy grows, the real estate business will follow suit, with a clear positive trend expected from late 2023 to early 2024.

The CEO further stated that due to the positive economic recovery trend, the recovering demand, and recognizing the potential in various locations, the company has adjusted its plan to launch new projects from the original 12 projects with a total value of 22.500 billion baht to 15 projects with a total value of 30.460 billion baht. In Q4 2023, the company will introduce 5 new projects with a total value of 11.550 billion baht, including:

  2. Atmoz Canvas Rayong (674 units, project value 1.250 billion baht)
  3. Modiz Voyage Srinakarin (813 units, project value 2.600 billion baht)
  4. THE TITLE LEGENDARY BANGTAO (637 units, project value 3.750 billion baht)
  5. THE TITLE LEGENDARY NAIYANG (103 units, project value 1.400 billion baht)

These projects will be gradually launched continuously.

It is worth noting that ASW is engaged in real estate development, focusing on high-rise and low-rise residential projects in potential locations under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness."
