The Chinese restaurant “Yue Restaurant and Bar” will offer a unique culinary experience with a modern chic atmosphere and menu, crafted by a team of chefs with over 10 years of experience, featuring high-quality ingredients sourced from the community to support sustainability and create value for society. Highlight dishes include Cantonese-style dim sum made fresh daily, Peking duck with crispy skin served with thin pancakes, condiments, and unique sauces, braised pork belly served with pickled mustard greens and steamed buns paired with a special sauce from the restaurant, and the must-try signature dish ‘Chinese Peach’, beautifully presented in pink to symbolize the peach blossom and peach of prosperity according to Chinese legend, along with herbal soup with thousand-mile peach blossoms, a healthful dish for glowing skin. Guests can also enjoy the ‘Tea Bar,’ featuring premium Chinese teas presented in a chic blooming tea style, enhancing the flavors of the dim sum.

The design of “Yue Restaurant and Bar” is inspired by the cultural and historical narratives of Phuket, shaped by Hokkien Chinese immigrants who arrived in southern Thailand since the 16th century, engaging in trade and bringing prosperity to Phuket. This inspiration is reflected in the interior decor of 'Yue Restaurant and Bar,' which prominently features dragon motifs, symbolizing the Chinese dragon dance culture, along with white woven fabrics hanging from the ceiling, combined with flowing decorative lines that reflect the powerful movement of dragons, enhanced by the harmonious use of gold and red colors, embodying the rich stories and memories of Chinese heritage passed down to the people of Phuket.
