"Peace and Living" has unveiled its plans for the second half of the year, preparing to launch pre-sales for its latest project, "Cher Ratchaphruek - Rama 5" and is also opening reservations for a new zone in the "Cheria Vicinity Ratchaphruek - Jetthabodin". The company is set to develop four additional projects to support future growth, with launches planned for 2024. The financial results for Q2 2023 show total revenue of 301.58 million baht, a decrease of 11.58% compared to the previous quarter.

Mr. Prasopsak Sirisopana, CEO of Peace and Living Public Company Limited (PEACE), stated that for Q2 2023 (April – June 2023), the company reported total revenue of 301.58 million baht, down 11.58% from Q1, which had total revenue of 341.09 million baht, with a net profit of 57.19 million baht, a decrease of 19.94% from Q1's net profit of 71.44 million baht.

However, the company has achieved remarkable results by successfully selling out the Cher Watcharapol project (CHER Watcharapol) 100%, reinforcing its success in having no unsold properties or Non-Performing Assets (NPA) across all its developed projects, demonstrating its accuracy in developing projects that truly meet the needs of homebuyers.

“For the business plan in the second half of 2023, to continue building on our success, the company is preparing to launch a new townhome project, "Cher Ratchaphruek - Rama 5", a two-story townhome under the concept of 'Modern yet traditional', inspired by the traditional crafts of the local community, such as pottery making. The project combines modern architectural design with elements of local red brick, creating a warm, peaceful atmosphere while allowing residents to feel connected to the traditional lifestyle of the area.

Additionally, there will be a central green space surrounded by trees to accommodate daily use by everyone. The pre-sales are set to begin in September 2023, and the company has opened reservations for a new zone in the "Cheria Vicinity Ratchaphruek - Jetthabodin", featuring premium single houses, twin houses, and townhomes in a Modern European architectural style, which received a positive response after the pre-sales launched in July.

Moreover, the company is also preparing plans to support future growth and is set to launch four new projects in 2024, including Cherin Phahol - Watcharapol, Cher Westville Ratchaphruek, Cher Phaholyothin - Sai Mai, and Cher Vibhavadi Rangsit, with a total project value of over 4.8 billion baht. This aims to ensure the stable and sustainable growth of “Peace and Living,” with a diverse range of products across various segments priced between 2 to 40 million baht, including the brands CHER, CORDIZ, CHERENE, CHEREA VICINITY, and THE GLAMOR, to ensure that our project developments meet the needs of every lifestyle of customers seeking quality housing.” Mr. Prasopsak concluded.
