Ms. Jatuporn Wilai Kaew, CEO of Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited (PRI), revealed that the company's performance for Q2 of 2023 (April 1 - June 30, 2023) showed total revenue of 446 million baht, representing a 124% increase compared to the same period in 2022 (YoY) and a net profit of 92 million baht, an increase of 77% compared to the same period in 2022 (YoY). Additionally, the company reported total revenue for the first half of 2023 (January 1 - June 30, 2023) at 842 million baht, accounting for 65% of the annual revenue target of 1.3 billion baht.

Compared to the first half of 2022, we have seen an increase in our customer base across all business segments, from upstream to downstream, resulting in strong recurring income. At the same time, the company has expanded its real estate service offerings continuously from 2022 into early 2023, enhancing its comprehensive service business in line with the Super Living Service development plan, which has driven strong growth in our first-half performance,” Ms. Jatuporn stated.

Regarding potential acquisitions (M&A) to further expand our service offerings, PRI's subsidiary, United Project Management, has acquired Projects Asia Co., Ltd. at the end of Q2 2023. This company specializes in providing consultancy for construction project management and all types of structures, offering technical engineering advice related to construction, design control, quality control, and project cost management. This acquisition will enhance our existing business and increase PRI's customer base, allowing the company to recognize additional service revenue continuously from the end of Q2 2023 onwards. PRI will continue to consider acquisitions related to both existing and new businesses to expand its comprehensive service offerings and support growth in line with our plans.

Ms. Jatuporn further stated that the performance in the first half of 2023, which achieved 65% of the annual revenue target, demonstrates that the strategy of developing the Super Living Service is effective for growth. Therefore, in the second half of 2023, the company will continue to pursue this strategy, ensuring confidence that the revenue for 2023 will meet the set target of 1.3 billion baht.
