SC Asset Celebrates 20 Years with Milin, Revamping Uniforms Under the Concept 'Sunflower Mindset'
Every detail matters. Recently, “SC Asset” celebrated its 20th anniversary of success by collaborating with renowned Thai designer Milin Yuwajaratkul from the brand “Milin” to design a new sales staff uniform under the creative concept called “Sunflower Mindset”. This core idea from SC Asset aims to enhance service in all aspects to create a memorable experience for visitors to the projects.

Chada Kuladilok, Head of Corporate Brand and Communication, discussed the concept of “Sunflower Mindset”, stating, “This idea stems from our desire to elevate service to impress customers in every dimension. After conducting research and understanding customer insights—from the moment they visit the project to their decision to purchase and eventually moving in—we gained a deeper understanding of customer behavior and needs. This led to the creation of the Sunflower Mindset, which aims to provide a consistently positive experience for customers. We will instill this mindset in all employees, encouraging them to see themselves as sunflowers and customers as the sunlight. It is the presence of customers that allows the sunflower to bloom. On this special occasion of SC Asset's 20th anniversary, we wanted to enhance the image, credibility, and confidence of our sales staff, which is why we collaborated with the famous designer Milin Yuwajaratkul to design the sales staff uniforms for SC Asset's single-family housing projects. The key design brief was to create a modern, neat look while maintaining a vibrant feel that conveys happiness to onlookers, suitable for Thailand's climate, allowing employees to wear them comfortably and work efficiently, thus creating a positive image that reflects our commitment to heartfelt service.”

Meanwhile, Milin Yuwajaratkul, founder and creative director of the brand “Milin”, shared her inspiration for the uniform design, saying, “After receiving the brief to design the sales staff uniforms for the single-family housing project, we recognized SC Asset's commitment to prioritizing service and enhancing the confidence of their sales team. This uniform design was created under the concept of Sunflower Mindset, where we embody the core of service by likening ourselves to bright sunflowers and customers as the sun shining down. We approached the design with modern luxury silhouettes typical of the Milin brand, incorporating patterns and vibrant orange, which is SC Asset's brand color, representing sunflowers and the sun. Each design considers the appropriateness for various occasions for sales staff, such as guiding customers through projects, ensuring ease of movement. Each outfit features unique cuts and interesting details, such as a collarless blazer that reveals a striking inner shirt design.

A blouse with a bright sunflower print, a Chinese-collared shirt with a bow tie featuring a sunflower print, and a wrap blouse with draped shoulder details printed with sunflowers can be worn alone or layered with a blazer for a sleek look. These match well with high-waisted black trousers featuring front pleats for added comfort. The mood and tone reflect brightness, conveyed through the sunflower print lines accompanied by the golden sunlight, creating a refreshing and uplifting impression for onlookers. We believe that when employees wear beautifully designed outfits, it boosts their confidence and enables them to work effectively while delivering happiness to customers.”
Additionally, prepare to celebrate the 20th anniversary of “SC Asset” in a grand sunflower-themed event that will bring joy to guests this October at Parc Paragon.
