IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global leader in the hotel industry, is pleased to announce the signing of a partnership agreement to launch Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bangkok Asoke with a new partner, APK Real Estate Co., Ltd., a long-established property developer in Thailand.

This significant agreement marks the ongoing growth of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites brand in the country, representing the first collaboration between IHG and APK Real Estate Co., Ltd., which has over three decades of experience in residential property development and is now ready to enter the hotel business for the first time.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bangkok Asoke is set to open in early 2025, building on the recently constructed Bel Air Mansion residential building, featuring a total of 180 rooms, with 15% of the rooms being suites equipped with kitchenettes, making it an ideal choice for travelers who enjoy exploring. Additionally, the hotel will offer a lounge and bar, swimming pool, meeting rooms, fitness center, and DIY laundry services.
