“Habitat Group” reaffirms its commitment to enhancing sustainable development while conducting business responsibly towards society and the environment. Recently, it received the prestigious award at the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards 2023 in the Green Leadership category, honoring organizations that demonstrate social responsibility (CSR) through the “Change for A Better Habitat” project, which considers the well-being of residents and environmental sustainability.

Mr. Chanin Wanichwong, Chief Executive Officer of Habitat Group Co., Ltd., a leader in premium real estate development for investment, revealed that for over 10 years, the company has been committed to developing residential real estate projects and lifestyle investments while also considering social responsibility through the “Change for A Better Habitat” project. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of real estate projects that provide a good living environment for residents and ensure environmental sustainability, in collaboration with Habitat Hospitality and various hotels within the group.

Recently, Habitat Group received the prestigious award at the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) 2023 in the Green Leadership category, an event held to honor entrepreneurs in the Asia region who have outstanding operations and achievements in sustainable social and environmental responsibility.

The “Change for A Better Habitat” project was initiated in 2015, with one of its highlights being the Pattaya Beach Change Volunteer project, conducted in collaboration with hotels under Habitat Hospitality, including The Ville Jomtien Pool Villa, Cross Pattaya Oceanphere, Cross Vibe Pattaya Seaphere, and Bayphere Hotel Pattaya. Activities are organized for cleaning 1-2 times each month, involving management teams, department heads, and hotel staff.

Additionally, Habitat Group plans to expand its social responsibility (CSR) activities by promoting sustainable tourism, supporting education, and creating more green spaces through collaboration with local communities and relevant organizations, which are essential for driving sustainable practices, including waste reduction initiatives and street cleaning projects.
