SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, a leader in Living Solutions Provider, has teamed up with the major Japanese partner Tokyo Tatemono, a large real estate development company with over 126 years of experience in the industry, to strengthen their business through a joint venture. This collaboration aims to combine strengths and expertise to enhance and add value to residential projects, starting with the "Reference Sathorn - Wongwian Yai".

Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation, commented on this joint venture, stating, "From 2023 to 2027, SC aims for continuous growth according to the Thriving Beyond roadmap, targeting total revenue of over 150 billion baht from various real estate businesses, including low-rise and high-rise residential, office buildings, hotels, and distribution centers. Therefore, having a strong joint venture partner is crucial for growth amidst a volatile, ambiguous, and complex context."

Tokyo Tatemono is Japan's longest-established leader in real estate development, founded in 1896. Today, it is one of the leading real estate developers in Japan, involved in various types of properties, including condominiums, offices, hotels, and retail. The company has expanded its investments into Southeast Asia, including Thailand. Currently, it has a registered capital of 24 billion baht and assets worth 450 billion baht as of the end of 2022. Tokyo Tatemono has been investing in Thailand since 2018, represented by Tokyo Tatemono Asia.

Mr. Fumio Tajima, Managing Director and Director of International Business at Tokyo Tatemono, expressed confidence in the joint venture with SC, stating, "We are confident in the potential and strength of SC's operations and believe that Thailand has outstanding growth in both economic and social aspects, with a culture similar to Japan. We have previously expanded investments in the United States and ASEAN countries. Therefore, this collaboration merges the strengths of both companies in construction technology, speed of delivery, and quality services to develop future housing and enhance the quality of life for customers."

As part of this joint venture, a new subsidiary has been established, named SC Asset Three Co., Ltd., to engage in real estate development with a registered capital of 100 million baht, in which the company holds 99.99% of the shares. The funding source is cash flow from the company's operations, with an investment ratio of 55% from SC and 45% from Tokyo Tatemono, with plans for further joint ventures in the future.

Reference Sathorn - Wongwian Yai is a newly designed condominium close to the BTS, fully furnished, and will consist of two high-rise buildings of 32 and 51 stories, totaling 815 units, along with 4 commercial units on a project area of over 3 rai, valued at over 4 billion baht. There are four types of units available: Studio, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom Plus, and 2 Bedroom, all sold as Fully Furnished with complete amenities within the project, starting at 3.69 million baht.*
