ARCH Sukhumvit 39: Super Luxury Homes in the Heart of Sukhumvit Starting at 65-133 Million Baht
Enrich Group has partnered with Saibu Gas Group to develop the ARCH Sukhumvit 39, a super luxury home project priced between 65-133 million baht. Located in the heart of Sukhumvit, this exclusive project features only 12 homes, designed to meet the lifestyle needs of urban dwellers, and is set to officially launch on July 8-9, 2023.

Ms. Supicha Natsuwannapol, Director of Business Management at Enrich Group, stated that the real estate market, particularly in the luxury home segment, has shown continuous growth since the COVID-19 pandemic, as customers seek residences with more usable space. The development of projects must align with the needs of the target audience in terms of location, quality, design, and functionality.
The ARCH Sukhumvit 39 project is the second collaboration between Enrich and Saibu Gas Holdings Co., Ltd., a major energy company from Japan. This partnership stems from both companies' goals to develop residences that meet the needs of residents.
The ARCH Sukhumvit 39 project is situated on a 2-rai plot of land, featuring 12 units of 6-story single and twin houses with spacious living areas ranging from 535 to 829 square meters, comprising 4-5 bedrooms and parking for 4-6 cars*, complete with private elevators, starting at 65 million baht*. The development is guided by the principle of Guiding You to Practical Living, allowing residents to truly enjoy a happy life in our project, focusing on the needs of those living in the Sukhumvit city center. In addition to convenient transportation, the project is close to comprehensive amenities, while providing a private home environment that connects with nature.

The ARCH Sukhumvit 39 project features a Modern Classic design, emphasizing the ARCH shape, making it stand out with unique interior spaces that feel enveloped yet private, sleek, and modern. Green spaces are incorporated on every floor, ensuring that every room receives natural light and offers good views, catering to current usage and lifestyle needs.
Located in a prime area of Sukhumvit 39, the project enjoys tranquility as it is situated in a residential alley, while still being conveniently connected to Thonglor and the Phrom Phong BTS station, just 1.5 km away. It also provides easy access to major roads such as Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi, and Rama 9, and is close to world-class shopping destinations like “The EM District,” BTS, international schools, and leading hospitals.

Mr. Anuwat Chattasirikul, Project Management Director at Enrich Group, mentioned that key factors for customers looking to purchase luxury homes include three important aspects: 1. Location, which must be in an area that allows for convenient travel and is close to comprehensive amenities; 2. Design, where the usable space must be appropriately sized and aesthetically pleasing, designed by renowned and respected designers, reflecting the customer's identity, including the use of high-quality materials and construction; 3. Privacy and security, as customers want to fully relax when returning home. Currently, the ARCH Sukhumvit 39 project is under construction and is expected to be completed by 2024.

Mr. Yoshinari Numano and Mr. Keisuke Koji, representatives from Saibu Gas Holdings, stated that Enrich Group has a deep understanding of customer insights and living needs, leading to the success of the first project. Therefore, we are committed to the joint venture for the ARCH Sukhumvit 39 project as the second collaboration, where Saibu Gas Holdings has also contributed high-quality materials to this project. We believe that Thailand remains an attractive country for investment, especially in the robust real estate sector.

Ms. Atithya Kasemlawan, Head of Residential Project Sales at CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd., noted that since the COVID-19 pandemic, the luxury home market in both inner and outer Bangkok has shown continuous growth. During the pandemic (2020-2022), the luxury home market experienced growth against the trend, with an average of 645 units launched per year, representing a 132% increase from the 260 units launched annually from 2017-2019.
Luxury to super luxury homes continue to see strong demand, especially for projects located in prime urban areas. High-income customers are looking to expand their living spaces while prioritizing privacy, resulting in a significant increase in luxury home sales, which surged to 78% in the first quarter of this year, compared to 68% in 2022. The highest sales were recorded in central urban areas, reaching 88%, the highest compared to other locations due to the limited supply of land.
