SC Asset Launches COBE: A New Condo Brand Under the Concept of The First Co-Being Community
Addressing the lifestyle needs of modern young adults, COBE stands out with its modern design and comprehensive amenities for a perfect blend of relaxation and living. Recently, Ms. Kanokorn Limkhamnoed, Chief Operating Officer of Property Development – High Rise, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited held the launch event for the new lifestyle condominium in the heart of the Ratchada-Rama 9 area, named “COBE”, a creative condominium designed to promote the lifestyle of the new generation, allowing them to fully express themselves while seamlessly integrating various lifestyles within this space.

“COBE” is a new lifestyle condominium concept from SC Asset, strategically developed under the concept of CO-Being Community. Ms. Kanokorn Limkhamnoed elaborated on the core idea behind this new condominium brand, stating, “We understand the diverse lifestyles of the new generation, who value freedom of thought, individuality, and passion for life. Place includes location and space design. The project is situated in the heart of the Extension CBD area of Ratchada-Rama 9, surrounded by important landmarks such as shopping centers, major companies, and convenient transportation options, close to the Cultural Center MRT station, Ratchadapisek-Rama 9 main road, and the Si Rat Expressway. The private living spaces will consist of 9 residential buildings with a total of 1,612 units surrounding the communal area, offering various room types from studios, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus, 2-bedroom, to 3-bedroom units, all fully furnished with adaptable furniture to save space, built-in wardrobes, and kitchens designed for functional living. The project also includes a pet-friendly area with a dedicated pet park. The design and interior decoration of the project are inspired by a philosophy of simple living from both the Western and Eastern worlds, presented through a design concept called “Valleys & Hills”, which combines the strengths of two philosophies: “Valleys”, reflecting the Western lifestyle philosophy of ‘Hygge’ from Denmark, a country known for its high happiness index, emphasizing comfort and tranquility derived from a good environment, and “Hills”, representing the Eastern philosophy of the Japanese ‘Wabi-Sabi’, which values natural beauty and simple aesthetics without attachment to perfection. This blend of both philosophies is reflected in the outstanding interior design, diverse furniture shapes, and natural tone decor to create a cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal living space.

People aims to create a community where residents can interact both in-person and virtually through an application called ‘RueJai’, which residents can use to book communal areas, pay utility bills, and join clubs or communities based on their interests, allowing for idea exchange and a marketplace for residents to buy and sell goods.
Planet is driven by the belief that sustainability is the new standard for residential development. The project recognizes and prepares spaces and facilities that contribute to making the world a better place, including waste separation areas aligned with the Zero Waste concept and the installation of solar panels on buildings to reduce energy consumption for communal areas, along with an EV Shuttle Service provided by Muvmi.
In addition to Place/People/Planet, there are collaborations with partners to meet diverse needs, creating a community that best addresses the demands of the new generation, including financial planning assistance from KBANK and mental health consulting from Relationflip. Furthermore, residents are assured with a warranty on the furniture in their units.
