Many hotels and service apartments in Thailand are seeking new strategies to meet the growing demand for accommodations from international tourists, including opening rooms for booking on Airbnb, a global platform offering a variety of lodging options. This allows access to over a billion travelers worldwide. Notably, Siamese & Kew Green Hotel Management, a renowned real estate investment company in Thailand, has opened rooms in four hotels for booking on Airbnb and plans to add more properties to the platform to reach a broader audience of international travelers.

Mr. Amanpreet Bajaj, General Manager for Southeast Asia, India, Hong Kong, and Taiwan at Airbnb, stated, "As a global platform, Airbnb is committed to evolving and meeting the changing needs of modern travelers. International tourists visiting Thailand are staying longer, with stays over 28 days increasing threefold compared to the same period last year. Quality amenities are a top priority for Airbnb guests, such as kitchens, which are among the most sought-after features worldwide. We are delighted that innovative service companies like Siamese & Kew Green have joined this user-friendly platform, connecting with Airbnb's vast international customer base that continuously books accommodations and travels to Thailand."

Mr. Scott Walton, Managing Director of Siamese & Kew Green Hotel Management, added, "We are constantly searching for new methods and innovations to provide a great and comfortable experience for our guests. Partnering with Airbnb will further enable us to reach guests looking for unique accommodation options in Thailand, accommodating larger groups and longer stays. We are pleased to work with Airbnb to connect with guests and meet the needs of today's travelers, and listing all four properties on the Airbnb platform is an excellent way to stimulate bookings."

Siamese & Kew Green Hotel Management also noted that Airbnb is the number one platform driving bookings for all four hotels: Wyndham Garden, Siamese Exclusive Queens, Ramada Sukhumvit 87, and Ramada Plaza Sukhumvit 48. Travelers from Airbnb stayed at the hotels for an average of 4-5 days last year.
