Ms. Jarucha Satimanon, Managing Director of WHA Industrial REIT Management Co., Ltd., as the trust manager, presented information about the WHAIR Trust during the Opportunity Day event for listed companies, held online at WHA Tower. According to the performance results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2023, the WHAIR Trust reported total revenue of 215.55 million Baht and a net investment profit of 143.16 million Baht, with total assets valued at over 13.18 billion Baht. The trust also announced a cash distribution of 0.1369 Baht per unit to unit holders on June 22.
