ESR Group Limited ("ESR" or "the Company") is the largest property manager and developer for industrial real estate in the Asia-Pacific region, driven by new economic growth. The company has announced its expansion into Thailand, kicking off the development of its first industrial park project within the Asia Industrial Estate (Suvarnabhumi), covering approximately 225 rai (363,500 square meters) with a total building area (GFA) of 253,500 square meters. The first phase, which spans 25,000 square meters, is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2023.

This project boasts a prime location near Suvarnabhumi Airport and is situated on a major road that connects to Bangkok and Laem Chabang Port, making it well-suited to meet the demands of logistics and e-commerce businesses. It is particularly ideal for establishing a distribution center for transporting and distributing goods nationwide.

With its experience and capabilities, along with knowledge and innovation, ESR is confident that expanding its footprint in Thailand through this industrial park initiative will revolutionize the industrial real estate sector in the region.
