The young executive of NextGen Phumiphat Management, ‘Cherry-Anarin Chonsai Phan’, manager of Phumiphat Management Co., Ltd., is moving forward with the development of a community mall project called The Spheres in Petchkasem, a new landmark located along Petchkasem Road near Soi Petchkasem 124-126 on the inbound side to Bangkok. Under the concept of ‘Happiness Close to You’, the project aims to enhance green spaces and natural areas for the residents of Samut Sakhon (the Om Noi - Petchkasem area), catering to the lifestyle needs of families and working groups across an area of 11,000 square meters. The design allocates 80% of the space for food zones and 20% for lifestyle areas. Additionally, there will be parking facilities for over 550 cars and motorcycles available for the Om Noi - Petchkasem community, allowing residents to engage in various activities conveniently close to home. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, with plans to open the project for service in mid-2024.

Cherry-Anarin shared her inspiration for this project, stating, “Phumiphat Management has been operating in the Om Noi area of Samut Sakhon for several generations, and we want to develop our family’s land for the benefit of the local community. The Om Noi - Petchkasem area is an economic zone with numerous factories and a growing population. It is also a transit route for tourists, yet there are no shopping malls or community mall projects to accommodate them. The company anticipates that with a budget of over one billion baht, we will develop a community mall that integrates nature with people's lives, designed with a biophilic concept, aiming to provide facilities that better meet the lifestyle needs of local residents.”
