The board of SEN X has approved the appointment of “Suphin Meechuched” as the new CEO, tasked with driving the expansion of new business opportunities that align with the changing lifestyle megatrends globally. He will lead the company towards strong and sustainable growth in the future while emphasizing the company's position as a Real Estate Integrated Service Solution, committed to creating and developing real estate and world-class services. The aim is to continue the organization's mission of being “THE ESSENTIAL LIFELONG TRUSTED PARTNER” to enhance the quality of life for customers at every stage of their lives.

Following a resolution from the board of Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENAJ), the company announced the appointment of Mr. Suphin Meechuched as the new Chief Executive Officer. On May 17, 2023, the board also informed the stock exchange of the official name change to Sena X Public Company Limited (SEN X), while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kessara Thanyalakphak continues to serve as a board member and chair of the executive committee.

Mr. Suphin Meechuched officially took on the role of CEO of Sena X Public Company Limited (SEN X) effective May 12, continuing the vision of Sena Development to be “THE ESSENTIAL LIFELONG TRUSTED PARTNER” for a better quality of life for customers at every stage, while also focusing on sustainable business growth.

Under the new organizational structure led by Mr. Suphin Meechuched, the vision is framed around the concept of Real Estate Integrated Service Solution, dedicated to creating and developing real estate and world-class services. This will strengthen the core business of Sena Development Public Company Limited and create new business opportunities, emphasizing a Decarbonization Lifestyle to help reduce carbon emissions globally. The business will cater to the new lifestyle needs of modern individuals and incorporate technology to enhance convenience in line with global megatrends, ensuring stable and sustainable growth.

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Mr. Suphin previously served as the CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) Limited (JLL), a leading international real estate consulting and services firm and the largest in Thailand. He was responsible for driving the core business strategies, including sales and leasing, to ensure comprehensive investment value.

His outstanding achievements and expertise in management and business expansion have made him a consultant providing knowledge and understanding of innovations for energy-efficient buildings based on green building standards (LEED & Green building) and various real estate technologies to maximize efficiency in different businesses, adapting to current global changes and future developments. This includes residential real estate, commercial properties such as office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, warehouses, logistics industries, and data analysis centers to support clients. His past experiences are crucial in driving the new business operations of Sena X Public Company Limited (SEN X) to grow and strengthen.

Additionally, Mr. Suphin has frequently been invited as a speaker at seminars and discussions on real estate business by various prestigious organizations and educational institutions. He served as the chair of the judging committee for the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards from 2016 to 2022 and was selected for the Quality Person of the Year 2018 award in the real estate sector by the Science and Technology Foundation of Thailand.

Academically, Mr. Suphin has served as a committee member for the academic department of the Property Management Association of Thailand since 2015, working on professional standards and qualifications in property management. He has also been an advisory committee member of the Thai Real Estate Brokers Association (TREBA) for assessing the competencies of individuals in the real estate brokerage profession since 2018.
