CCP has revealed its Q1/66 financial results, reporting total revenue of 748.72 million baht and a net profit of 39.76 million baht, marking a 309% increase. The company hints at continued growth in Q2/66, supported by government infrastructure projects and robust private sector investments. CCP is advancing the development of precast concrete products to meet diverse demands and is bidding on projects nationwide, maintaining a backlog of no less than 1.6 billion baht while preparing to enhance production processes to boost revenue growth as targeted.

Mr. Arthit Tipakornsukasem, Managing Director of Chonburi Concrete Products Public Company Limited (CCP), stated that the company achieved total revenue of 748.72 million baht in Q1/66, an increase from 613.34 million baht in the same period last year, representing a growth of 22.07%. The net profit of 39.76 million baht also saw a significant rise from 9.72 million baht in the previous year, reflecting a 309% increase.

This growth is attributed to the gradual recovery of the domestic economy, leading to increased demand for precast concrete in large-scale government infrastructure projects such as high-speed rail, airport, port, motorway projects, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development, as well as private sector construction projects like industrial estates and real estate developments.

In the ready-mix concrete business, particularly with mobile plants and transportation services, the company has received positive feedback since launching services in Nong Khai province, with revenue recognition beginning towards the end of Q1/66. Plans are in place to expand service areas in the eastern and northeastern regions.

Looking ahead to Q2/66, the business is expected to continue growing, supported by government infrastructure investments and ongoing construction projects, as well as private sector investments in industrial plants, office buildings, and residential projects that are expanding in line with the recovery of business and tourism sectors.

“The company is committed to continuously developing precast concrete products for infrastructure and landscape projects, including catch basins, drainage channels, special-sized drainage pipes, underground electrical conduits, walkway paving blocks, and grass blocks. These products help address labor shortages, reduce costs, and meet the increasing market demand. We are also moving forward with bidding on projects nationwide to maintain a backlog of no less than 1.6 billion baht,” Mr. Arthit stated.

Additionally, the company is preparing to invest in new machinery and upgrade production facilities to increase production capacity, reduce labor requirements, minimize errors and waste in production, and enhance readiness for nationwide bidding opportunities, thereby driving revenue growth in line with set targets,” Mr. Arthit concluded.
