The meeting was conducted in an electronic format (E-AGM) to report on the company's performance in 2022 and outline plans for future growth. Various agendas were approved, including the annual financial statements and the appointment of directors. The meeting summarized the performance results for 2022 and unanimously approved all agendas as proposed by the board.

For the company's business plan in 2023, it will continue to expand its operations in both condominium and horizontal projects to meet the needs of customers domestically and internationally. The company plans to launch 2 new projects worth over 14.6 billion baht, with a target to close sales on 6 projects in 2023. Additionally, it is preparing to enter international markets to capitalize on the positive factors from the full reopening of the country and the demand for condominiums from foreign customers.
