Our business vision is to understand market demand and adapt housing developments to meet the evolving needs of consumers today. This represents another strategy to create significant business growth opportunities and propel the company to become a leading real estate developer in the country,” Mr. Surin stated.

Dr. Suwat Suvarnadi, the executive of the Kasem Bundit group, revealed that the company is looking for strong partners with capabilities to create growth opportunities together in the future. Britania is a public company with stability and potential, and we trust in its expertise in developing housing projects across all segments to elevate the living standards of Thais through design, functionality, and innovations that resonate with consumers. We also recognize the strength of the "Grand Britania" brand, which has consistently received positive feedback from consumers. Therefore, we are confident and have decided to jointly develop residential projects for the first time.

Dr. Saneh Suvarnadi, another executive of the Kasem Bundit group, added that in the past, we were involved in real estate development before transitioning into the education sector, managing private education from kindergarten to university levels. This collaboration with Britania, a professional in large-scale real estate development with significant experience and success, marks our first leap into the large-scale real estate business. We believe that the real estate sector still has growth potential, and consumers continue to seek housing, as it is one of the four essential factors for living. This joint venture will enhance the value of our existing assets and provide a great opportunity to learn from Britania's experience and knowledge in developing large housing projects.
