Recently, the company reached an agreement with Kasem Bundit Company Limited, the owner of valuable land in eastern Bangkok from the renowned Suvarnadi family, who initiated and founded Kasem Bundit University, to jointly develop the housing project "Grand Britania Krungthep Kreetha-Romklao."

The project is designed as a series of single-family homes and new two-story houses at a high-end level, with usable areas ranging from 205 to 285 square meters, comprising 128 units. It is located in a prime area on Romklao Road, with multiple travel routes connecting to Srinakarin-Romklao Road and the motorway, just 8.5 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 10 km from the Airport Rail Link.
