SAM, the asset management company for Thais, is providing golden opportunities for investors and those looking to own their own homes by organizing an NPA property auction to conclude the first quarter. This auction features 146 properties, including residential and investment properties, with a total value exceeding 628 million baht, all with special price reductions to meet every need. Bids will be opened on March 31st.

Mr. Tharathorn Techakijkachorn, Managing Director of Sukhumvit Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SAM), revealed that the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) forecasts that the GDP will grow by 2.7-3.7% this year, indicating a continuous trend of economic recovery in the country. Therefore, SAM has selected non-performing assets (NPA) located in prime areas across the country, including investment properties valued over 20 million baht and residential properties valued under 20 million baht, to be auctioned in a single round at the end of the first quarter on March 31st. All properties will have special price reductions, including vacant land, single houses, townhouses, condos, commercial buildings, factories/warehouses, and office buildings, totaling 146 items with a combined value of over 628 million baht. Investment Properties

  1. Vacant land, 1 rai 49 sq. wah, located on Phisitkornniy Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket. Highlights: The land is in the Patong area, just 2 km from the beach, suitable for building single houses, commercial buildings, or apartments. Starting price: 48.16 million baht.
  2. Office building, 5 rai 3 ngan 89 sq. wah, adjacent to Phaholyothin Road (Highway 1), Phayuha Khiri District (Tha Nam Oi), Nakhon Sawan. Highlights: Located next to a major road, featuring two large 4-story office buildings with approximately 10,240 sq. meters of usable space. Starting price: 47.45 million baht.
