Asset Wise Public Company Limited or ASW continues its collaboration with Takara Leben, a major developer from Japan, to jointly develop the condominium project Atmoz Flow Minburi. This marks the third project within two years, reinforcing confidence in the company and the potential of projects located near the Pink Line MRT station at Minburi Market. The condominium is highlighted as being part of the first phase of the WISEPARK project, which aims to create a community that caters to the lifestyle of all generations. The project is expected to be completed and ready to generate revenue in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that Takara Leben, a leading property developer from Japan, has continuously partnered with the company for real estate development. The latest agreement involves a joint investment in the condominium project Atmoz Flow Minburi, where ASW holds a 51% stake and Takara Leben holds 49%. This marks the third joint venture in condominium development with ASW within two years, following the Atmoz Tropicana Bangna and Kave Seed Kaset Campus condominiums near Kasetsart University.

“The ongoing partnership with Takara Leben reflects the confidence that our partner has in our company and the potential of the project “Atmoz Flow Minburi” in the Minburi area, which is set to become a new business center and job hub in the eastern part of Bangkok. Currently, Takara Leben has partnered with us on three projects with a total project value exceeding 5 billion baht, and we anticipate that our partner is ready to continue collaborating on future projects,” Mr. Kramchat said.

The Atmoz Flow Minburi project is designed as an 8-story condominium with three buildings, comprising 739 units and a project value of 1.35 billion baht. It is strategically located opposite Minburi Market and just 300 meters from the Pink Line MRT station at Minburi Market, which is expected to officially open this year. The project will feature comprehensive common areas and facilities to cater to the lifestyle needs of residents from all generations, emphasizing the design of residential units that accommodate residents of all ages, including children, teenagers, working adults, and the elderly. This project will be the first to feature “All Gen” units, allowing residents of all ages to truly live together in the condominium.

Additionally, the Atmoz Flow Minburi condominium is part of the first phase of WISEPARK, a large land development aimed at creating a community that meets the lifestyle needs of all generations. The Atmoz Flow Minburi condominium is expected to be completed and ready to generate revenue by the fourth quarter of 2023.

Mr. Kazuichi Shimada, CEO of Takara Leben Co., Ltd., stated that the company sees opportunities for joint ventures to expand real estate development projects in Thailand continuously, based on the experience gained from previous collaborations with ASW.

The potential of the project and the location of the Atmoz Flow Minburi condominium, which is adjacent to the MRT, surrounded by job opportunities and amenities such as industrial estates and hospitals, made the decision to collaborate on this project straightforward.
