Dr. Wichian Phaetthayanun, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 43rd Housing and Condo Expo, along with the organizing committee, held a lottery ceremony to select booth spaces for the 43rd Housing and Condo Expo, which will be held under the concept of “UP Life By Live” making living easier. During the booth lottery event, numerous developers showed great interest in participating, along with leading financial institutions preparing to open a Financial Advisory zone to provide comprehensive loan consultation. Notably, during the booth lottery ceremony, Origin Property Public Company Limited and Ananda Development Public Company Limited secured the most booth spaces.

Currently, there are only 10 booths left for the event. Interested developers should reserve quickly before they run out.

The 43rd Housing and Condo Expo is a collaborative effort between the Thai Real Estate Association, the Housing Business Association, and the Thai Condominium Association. The event will take place from March 23 to 26 at Hall 5, LG Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
