The company also highlighted its profitability with a gross profit margin (GPM) of 40% and a net profit margin (NPM) of 19%, reaffirming its leadership in the lifestyle sector that delivers happiness through well-designed projects. Looking ahead to 2023, ASW aims for unprecedented growth by launching 12 projects valued at over 22.5 billion baht, responding to the recovering real estate market with a sales target of 15 billion baht and revenue of 7.2 billion baht, while also rewarding investors with a dividend of 0.52 baht per share.

Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," revealed that the overall performance in 2022 was highly successful, achieving a record high net profit of 1.12 billion baht, an 18% year-on-year growth, and total revenue of 5.98 billion baht, a 19% year-on-year increase. The company maintained a high gross profit margin (GP) at 40% and a net profit margin (NP) of 19%, reflecting effective internal management under a professional team, leading to overall performance soaring in line with the company's goals.

The success factors stem from strategic planning in developing real estate projects under the brands KAVE, ATMOZ, ESTA, and MODIZ, along with a marketing strategy focused on living and lifestyle that reaches the lifestyles of residents. The company provides musical experiences and promotes good health through sports, driving a smart lifestyle for residents, combined with housing designs that offer facilities catering to all generations. Key driver projects include KAVE AVA valued at 2.38 billion baht, KAVE Town Shift valued at 2.16 billion baht, KAVE TU valued at 1.96 billion baht, and KAVE Mutant Salaya, a joint venture project valued at 1.2 billion baht. Following this success, the board of directors approved a cash dividend of 0.5226 baht per share during the first board meeting of 2023. The XD mark will be effective on April 28, 2023, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 18, 2023.

This aligns with the company’s business plan for 2023, which includes launching 12 new projects valued at over 22.5 billion baht, comprising 9 condominium projects under the KAVE, ATMOZ, and MODIZ brands, and 3 housing projects under the brands The Honor and the new brand The Arbor. The sales target for 2023 is set at 15 billion baht, with a revenue recognition target of 7.2 billion baht. In the first quarter, the company will continue its success as a market leader in Campus Condos by launching 3 new KAVE condominium projects in prime locations near universities: KAVE Embryo Rangsit valued at 780 million baht, KAVE Town Island valued at 3.15 billion baht, and KAVE Pop Salaya valued at 500 million baht, located near Mahidol University.

Additionally, this year, the company has 10 new projects completed and ready for revenue recognition, valued at over 15.06 billion baht, including MODIZ Launch valued at 1.2 billion baht, MODIZ Rhyme Ramkhamhaeng valued at 1.8 billion baht, and KAVE Town Colony valued at over 1.8 billion baht, among others. The company is also exploring other investment forms, joint ventures (JV), or synergy to leverage business opportunities, all aimed at supporting strong growth and performance.
