Mr. Witakarn Chanthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, summarized the company's performance for the year 2022, stating that last year the company generated total revenue from horizontal products, condominium projects (100% JV), and other businesses amounting to 49.388 billion baht, an increase of 23.4% compared to the same period last year, which had total revenue of 40.015 billion baht. The net profit was 5.876 billion baht, up from 4.543 billion baht in the same period last year, representing a growth of 29.4%. The net debt-to-equity ratio remained low at just 0.58 times.

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the company achieved total revenue from horizontal products, condominium projects (100% JV), and other businesses of 11.822 billion baht, growing by 22%, with a net profit of 1.154 billion baht, an increase of 16.1% compared to the same period last year.

The key factors contributing to the company's significant growth last year included: 1. The horizontal projects demonstrated strong efficiency and remained a crucial driver for revenue generation, totaling 35.605 billion baht, an increase of 21.8%. 2. The condominium business began to recover, with the company recognizing revenue from three new completed condominium projects ready for occupancy: LIFE Sathorn Sierra, RHYTHM Ekkamai Estate, and ASPIRE Erawan Prime, resulting in total revenue from the condominium business (100% JV) of 12.767 billion baht, a 29.5% increase.

For the business plan in 2023, the company is ready to move forward with the AP INCLUSIVE GROWTH strategy, aiming for collaborative growth by leveraging its expertise to create opportunities and advantages across various dimensions, under the philosophy of delivering a better life that everyone can choose for themselves. The company plans to launch 58 new projects valued at approximately 77 billion baht, which includes 22 single-family home projects worth 34.8 billion baht, 27 townhome projects worth 26.4 billion baht, 4 condominium projects worth 11.8 billion baht, and 5 projects in provincial areas worth 4 billion baht, with a sales target of 58 billion baht and total revenue target (100% JV) of 57.5 billion baht.

The highlight for the first quarter is the single-family home business, which is aggressively entering the luxury home market with the launch of THE CITY, a new model of single-family homes with land sizes ranging from 100 to 127 square wah and usable areas of approximately 386 to 560 square meters across three new projects: THE CITY Charan-Pinklao with 58 units valued at 1.35 billion baht, THE CITY Pinklao-Brom with 68 units valued at 1.42 billion baht, and THE CITY Sukhumvit-On Nut 2 with 64 units valued at 1.38 billion baht.
