Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) announced its revenue target for the fiscal year 2023 (from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023) at 19.5 billion baht, aiming to strengthen its position through investments in potential business sectors to support stable and sustainable growth.

Mr. Kampon Poonsonni, Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) stated that for the fiscal year 2023, the company aims for a revenue target of 19.5 billion baht, considering the structure of its investment business group, while recognizing opportunities for development and expansion in businesses that will generate continuous income for the company (Recurring Income).

“After restructuring our investments over the past two years in the energy, industrial, and real estate sectors, this year the company will focus on organizational reform (TRANSFORMATION) to enhance personnel expertise, increase business value, and create sustainable returns continuously. Additionally, the company has a financial structure ready to invest in potential businesses, which are currently under study and ready to invest to balance the portfolio as targeted,” Mr. Kampon said.

Furthermore, Mr. Kampon discussed the performance for the first quarter of 2023 (October 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022), reporting total revenue of 4.678 billion baht, with a net profit attributable to the company of 196 million baht. The revenue breakdown includes 3.03 billion baht from investments in the energy sector, accounting for 65% of total revenue, 210 million baht from investments in commercial refrigeration, making up 5%, 995 million baht from real estate development, contributing 21% of total revenue, and 443 million baht from investments in industrial and other sectors, representing 9% of total revenue.
