CISSA Group has revealed an overview of the real estate market in 2023, indicating a return to normalcy. Many developers have seen a surge in sales for both horizontal and condominium projects. Meanwhile, the company's hotel business has bookings extending through April 2023, with the main customer markets being Russia and India, while Chinese tourists have not yet returned to full capacity. Recently, the company is preparing to hold the "CISSA 18th Anniversary Celebration" to thank customers on the occasion of its 18th anniversary, confident in its DNA of integrity and commitment to delivering investment returns as promised, creating a lasting impression on customers and continuing to invest in new business ventures to expand its portfolio.

Mr. Attanop Panthukhamneid, CEO of CISSA Group Co., Ltd., a leading developer of investment properties in Thailand, revealed that the real estate market in 2023 is approaching normal conditions, with both horizontal and high-rise projects experiencing significant sales increases. Additionally, the company's hotel business has bookings extending through April 2023, and it is expected that international customers will continue to travel to Thailand. If there are no external factors affecting the situation, the overall real estate and tourism market is likely to remain strong throughout the year. The three main tourist groups, namely China, Russia, and India, are expected to return, although currently, only Russian and Indian tourists are present, as China just announced its reopening at the beginning of January 2023, meaning Chinese tourists have not yet returned to full capacity.

On the occasion of the company's 18th anniversary on February 18, 2023, it is preparing to hold the "CISSA 18th Anniversary Celebration" to thank customers for their continued support. The company believes that its DNA, which emphasizes integrity towards customers in creating quality residences across more than 30 projects valued at over 10 billion baht, and its commitment to delivering investment returns as guaranteed, even during the COVID-19 crisis, has left a positive impression on its investor clientele.

“From now on, we will continue to uphold the concept of CISSA Group, focusing on providing consistent investment returns to our customers, as well as seeking new products and investment opportunities to continuously expand CISSA Group's portfolio, thereby increasing options for investors and improving the quality of our developed products in the future,” Mr. Attanop stated.
