Introducing Award-Winning House Designs Tropical Modern Series across the country, Supalai Public Company Limited is aggressively advancing its horizontal projects with a sales target of 25.2 billion baht for the Year of the Golden Rabbit. The company is also focusing on developing projects in secondary cities near Bangkok, believing that horizontal developments still have room for growth. The latest house designs from the award-winning Tropical Modern Series have received positive feedback from all generations and will be introduced in various projects nationwide.

Ms. Thanyawarat Panyarat, Assistant Managing Director of Marketing and Sales at Supalai Public Company Limited revealed that last year, the company achieved a 20% growth in sales for horizontal projects, totaling 21.938 billion baht nationwide. In 2023, the company continues to strengthen its plans with 34 horizontal projects, the largest in Supalai's history, focusing on new projects in Bangkok and its surrounding areas, as well as potential secondary cities such as Ayutthaya, Chachoengsao, Ratchaburi, and Nakhon Pathom, with a total of 21 new projects aiming for combined sales of 13.5 billion baht.

The push to develop secondary cities adjacent to Bangkok, including Ayutthaya, Chachoengsao, Ratchaburi, and Nakhon Pathom this year, is due to the company's recognition of the growth potential of these cities, the development of infrastructure, and special expressway projects such as the Bang Yai-Kanchanaburi route, the Bang Pa-In-Nakhon Ratchasima route, and the Bang Khun Thian-Ban Phaew route. This will facilitate faster travel to the economic center of the country, Bangkok, and major cities, leading to a distribution of prosperity and allowing the horizontal real estate market in secondary cities to grow further. In this year's expansion, Supalai continues to consider customer lifestyle trends, especially among the new generation. Since 2022 and into 2023, the company plans to introduce the Tropical Modern Series, which features modern designs suited for Thailand's tropical climate, receiving excellent feedback from customers regarding its contemporary design, premium materials, and practical home functions to continuously meet customer needs in projects across Bangkok, its vicinity, and nearby provinces, including Chiang Mai, Lampang, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Chonburi, and Nakhon Si Thammarat, addressing the demands and lifestyles of the new generation effectively.

Mr. Chaiyajak Watanyu, Senior Director of Creative and Product Development stated that the company is committed to developing housing innovations to provide a perfect living experience that encompasses all customer groups continuously. This has led to the latest house design, the Tropical Modern Series, which transforms design, optimizes usability, and presents a modern aesthetic with geometric shapes that respond to Thailand's hot and humid climate. The design includes elements that enhance comfortable living, such as extended eaves for shade, the use of lightweight bricks that effectively dissipate heat, large windows, and high ceilings to welcome natural light and airflow. The spacious interiors allow for good ventilation, ensuring a cool breeze flows through the home all day. Additionally, the incorporation of Smart Home Automation systems enhances convenience for modern digital living, allowing control of lights through a Smart Control Panel, automatic curtain rails, and various smart sanitary ware, along with comprehensive safety measures inside and outside the home to ensure maximum confidence in living.

Furthermore, Supalai is pushing forward with green housing innovations that are environmentally friendly. The Tropical Modern Series uses construction materials that have received the SCG Green Choice label, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from production by 363 tons, equivalent to the carbon dioxide absorption of 40,333 trees in one year, contributing to global warming reduction and sustainable environmental development according to the ESG 4 Plus framework. Additionally, every house in the Tropical Modern Series at the Supalai Parkville Pracha Uthit-Suk Sawat project has received the Energy Label Number 5 from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) due to its energy-saving design and functionality, allowing natural light and airflow, using environmentally friendly materials, and employing appliances with a Number 5 label, significantly reducing the living costs for residents.
