LINE Thailand and Bangkok's Environmental Departmenthave signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the LINE ALERT project, a severe disaster alert account, to enhance the feature of “PM 2.5 Dust Level Alerts” in the Bangkok area, benefiting the public by providing reliable, comprehensive, and timely information to combat air pollution. This reinforces LINE's role as a digital infrastructure for life at the Bangkok City Hall, Din Daeng District, with Mr. Pitchaya Muenrak, Head of Government Relations at LINE Thailand, and Mr. Prapas Luangsiripha, Director of the Bangkok Environmental Department posing for a photo together.

LINE ALERT is a severe disaster alert account developed and operated by LINE Thailand, in collaboration with relevant government agencies to provide alert information. Users can stay informed about severe natural disasters across the country and access useful information such as disaster updates, risk area checks, emergency contact numbers, nearby hospital information, and self-protection advice in various situations, etc.
