In the future, the company hopes to expand this model to other locations.

Previously, Koon Estate Co., Ltd. developed the Kimpton Kitalay Samui, a luxury resort on Cheong Mon Beach, Koh Samui, as well as luxury homes in prime city locations on Sukhumvit Road, including Quarter Thonglor, Quarter 39, and Quarter 31. Additionally, they have developed five condominium projects: Cooper Siam, Klass Langsuan, Klass Siam, Klass Sarasin, and Klass Silom, with a total project value exceeding 9.8 billion baht. Ms. Valerie Chiu, Director of Asia International School Limited (AISL) Academy and daughter of Mr. Daniel Chiu, the founder of AISL, stated that AISL manages Harrow International Schools in the Asia region from kindergarten to high school (K-12) across 10 locations in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Japan, with a total of 7,074 students and a team of 1,876 staff from 34 countries.

According to CBRE Thailand, a global real estate consulting firm, the overall market for luxury single-detached houses in northern Bangkok at the end of the third quarter of 2022 had a sales rate of 79%, which is higher than the average sales rate of luxury single-detached houses in other locations at 67%. This is due to the limited suitable land for development in northern Bangkok, resulting in a lower supply, allowing single-detached house projects in this area to achieve high sales figures compared to other locations in Bangkok.
