Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), a Thai real estate developer focused on comprehensive lifestyle solutions, has announced a 1 billion baht investment to launch Co-Living Collective: Empower Future at the Empire Building. This initiative aims to transform the building into a new lifestyle space that seamlessly integrates work and life, creating a new standard and promoting Thailand as a destination for organizations and employees worldwide.

Co-Living Collective: Empower Future is the first initiative to connect Co-Living Space with a home-like lifestyle for tenants at no additional cost, making it the largest in Thailand. It is designed to harmoniously integrate all elements to encourage modern individuals to reach new heights of success in both work and life. The new Empire will redefine office buildings and modern lifestyle hubs with a Co-Living Space covering over 1,500 square meters, enhancing The EMPIRE's strength in creating fulfilling living experiences.

Additionally, The Empire is set to launch EA Rooftop, a space for indulging in exquisite dining on the largest rooftop in Thailand, offering an exclusive experience with international restaurants and a variety of drinks, along with special services from AWC's hotel chain for office tenants, while continuing to create sustainable value for all stakeholders.

Na-Wallapa Traisorat, CEO and Managing Director of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), stated, "Today, the new generation of workers seeks value in life and purpose in their work, striving to create a balance between work and relaxation as if they were at home. The role of the workplace must accommodate diverse needs, whether it be a place for interaction, collaboration, fostering new creative ideas, or enhancing employee experiences while retaining talented personnel."

As the flagship lifestyle office building of AWC, which has been continuously developed, The Empire is valued at 20 billion baht and is preparing to create a new phenomenon with the main goal of establishing Co-Living Collective: Empower Future, connecting all elements together to promote a perfect blend of work and life.

The concept of Co-Living Collective: Empower Future at The Empire is designed to create a workspace atmosphere conducive to collaboration, unleashing creativity, and enhancing work efficiency while also serving as a gathering space for like-minded individuals to create value together.

Under the concept of Co-Living Collective: Empower Future, The Empire is preparing over 1,500 square meters on the 53rd floor to create The Residence at Empire Co-living, a workspace that is a special service for tenants, uniquely designed to provide a warm and relaxing home-like atmosphere with various elements such as a living room, recreational areas for relaxation, console gaming, pool tables, ping pong tables, an open communal kitchen, dining areas, children's rooms, pet areas, and diaper changing rooms. The collaborative workspace includes communal areas, private workspaces, group discussion and meeting areas, as well as zones for physical and mental relaxation, including a Nap Lounge for recharging, shower rooms, and changing rooms.

Furthermore, there will be a Swing Floor, a temporary workspace for tenants during office design and decoration, partially or fully decorated with materials and equipment that can be customized to meet the specific needs of tenants, such as flexible partitions, modular furniture, and ergonomically designed furniture, along with design and decoration consulting services. The co-living space at The Empire will elevate the new standards for commercial real estate in Thailand.

Additionally, this year, The Empire is set to open EA Rooftop, a destination for food and beverages on the new tallest building in Thailand, with over 8,460 square meters on floors 55 to 58, gathering high-end dining experiences from various world-renowned brands in one place. The design concept EA (pronounced 'A-Ya'), meaning "freedom, air, celebration," aims to provide an elevated and immersive experience from famous restaurants and eateries that cannot be found elsewhere in Bangkok, led by Nobu and many others.

AWC also offers hotel service experiences through the AWC Infinite Lifestyle (AWI) application for office tenants to fully access various services, including Business Center, Club Lounge, and special discounts on services from all hotels in the AWC chain, while continuing to create sustainable value and currently seeking LEED certification, which is a standard for sustainable green buildings, and WELL standards to promote the well-being of building users and visitors.

"The Empire is committed to being an office building that enhances the potential of various organizations through uniquely curated lifestyle spaces that allow work and relaxation to merge into one, under a vibrant and colorful atmosphere in the heart of the city, combined with superior comprehensive services,"

"AWC is dedicated to creating a better future. We believe that The Empire will play a significant role in driving Thailand to become a global destination for organizations and workers. Once these new elements are fully launched, The Empire will become the number one destination in the hearts of the new generation of workers, a gathering place for organizations and tenant employees to create energy and shared value, and together we will build a better future with Co-Living Collective: Empower Future,”

Wallapa concluded.
