AP Thailand Public Company Limited, a leading real estate development company in Thailand and the first comprehensive organization in the country to innovate design and construction using BIM (Building Information Modeling), hosted the AP - BIM Best Practice Sharing seminar for knowledge exchange.

The AP BIM ECOSYSTEM knowledge was shared with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). In addition to exchanging the BIM Roadmap, a new collaborative working approach that enhances the quality of internal personnel and business partners from over 25 companies, the seminar also conveyed practical knowledge and experiences under the BIM process that the company employs to elevate construction standards for AP Group's high-rise projects. This includes “every process” from design, construction, and delivery of residential units, as well as managing facilities in residential areas, covering a total of 14 condominium projects in the city center valued at 65.7 billion baht for the design and construction management agency of EGAT.

Mr. Witakarn Chanthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand, welcomed Ms. Tipwan Arunmas, Director of Design and Construction Management at EGAT, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Sanpawatt Jatuphatwarangkoon, Head of Standards at the Building Information Modeling Association, at AP Thailand headquarters.
