Finn Development is hosting an Open House to showcase the Finn Asoke project for the first time on February 4-5, 2023. This low-rise condominium features a modern tropical style and is located just 3 minutes from Benjakitti Park, right in the heart of Asoke. It caters to urban dwellers who love nature, offering a complete lifestyle experience.

Mr. Pongsathorn Chom Salak, CEO of Finn Development Co., Ltd., revealed that Finn Asoke is the third low-rise condominium project under the brand “Finn,” targeting the premium niche market. It boasts a prime location next to Benjakitti Park, just a 3-minute walk away, and is situated in the heart of Asoke on Sukhumvit Soi 10, only 350 meters from the BTS Asoke station. The project features a magnificent 60-year-old giant rain tree, enhancing the natural ambiance and catering to those who wish to live in the city while being close to nature.

Conveniently located near all amenities, the project emphasizes tranquility and lush greenery, making it ideal for city dwellers interested in self-care and outdoor activities, with easy access to Benjakitti Park just 200 meters away. It feels like having a large backyard garden in the heart of Bangkok, with prices starting at only 4.99 million baht. Currently, over 75% of units have been booked, and sales are expected to close within 2023.

Finn Asoke is designed under the modern tropical concept, restoring balance to urban living by connecting one of the busiest business centers with the tranquility of nature. The design inspiration for the Finn Asoke project is akin to an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of the city’s business district. The building’s curves harmoniously blend with the surrounding natural context, encircling the majestic 60-year-old rain tree that provides beautiful shade and creates a remarkable green atmosphere, relieving the stress of urban life. The uniquely shaped swimming pool offers a space to unwind and embrace freedom.

Finn Asoke is an 8-story low-rise condominium project with fully furnished units totaling 263 rooms, divided into Building A with 144 rooms and Building B with 119 rooms.

Facilities both inside and outside the building are comprehensive, including a guest lounge, co-working space, fitness center, cycling room, yoga room, cinema, rain tree pavilion, a 25-meter swimming pool, children's pool, and a simulated cave. The highlight of the rooftop facilities spans over 1,000 square meters, featuring gardens, exercise areas, vegetable plots, sunset viewing terraces, a forest lounge, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill.

Mr. Chanwit Pasuwat, Head of Project Design Development at CBRE (Thailand) Ltd., added insights on the real estate market, stating, “The overall residential market is showing good movement and adaptation, with most developers being more cautious in launching new projects, resulting in limited new supply entering the market. Developers are focusing on selling projects that are under construction or completed and ready to move in, leading to an average sales ratio of completed condominium projects in prime urban locations reaching as high as 93%.

The most successful location for sales is Sukhumvit. In terms of the overall economy, we see a positive trend, with GDP consistently rising over the past four quarters. Meanwhile, the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) has also shown continuous improvement over the past seven months. These indicators are positive signs for the overall market. This situation benefits the Finn Asoke project, which is a completed condominium ready for occupancy, located in one of the best areas in Bangkok, Asoke-Sukhumvit, surrounded by top-notch amenities such as hotels, Grade A offices, residential areas, retail spaces, and importantly, just 200 meters from Benjakitti Park.

Another significant positive trend in the market is the return of foreign customers. The sales figures for foreign purchasers and inquiries from foreign clients at CBRE have been steadily increasing compared to the lowest figures in 2020. Foreign sales accounted for 7.9% in 2020 and rose to 16.4% in 2022, while inquiries from foreign clients increased from 6% in 2020 to 10.7% in 2022. With these figures and the reopening of international travel, particularly from Chinese nationals, CBRE anticipates an increase in foreign clients this year, positively impacting the real estate market.
