Areeya Property has established a strategy of 'Sustainable Happiness' to promote sustainable business growth while moving towards 'NET ZERO 2050'. This will be achieved through the implementation of four key missions aimed at promoting 'Zero Waste Communities', strengthened by technology and innovation for sustainability, encouraging the use of electric vehicles, and reducing harmful environmental pollution from construction processes.

Mr. Wiwat Laohapoonrangsri, Senior Chairman of Areeya Property Public Company Limited stated that Areeya Property, a leader in real estate development that caters to diverse lifestyles, is committed to enhancing living quality alongside social responsibility, and is ready to advance sustainability in all dimensions. The company adheres to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG (Environment-Social-Governance) principles as the foundation for its 'Sustainable Happiness' strategy to promote sustainable business growth. Recently, the company is prepared to move towards 'NET ZERO 2050' through the continuous implementation of four key missions.

1. Promoting 'Zero Waste Communities' We believe that the foundation of sustainability starts at home. We instill in our Areeya Family residents the importance of proper waste separation by providing waste separation bins and collaborating with the HUPPO brand to supply Food Waste Decomposers to every household in our new projects, starting with the COMO Bianca project. The compost produced can be used for planting trees in our 'Grow Vegetables, Grow Love' initiative, where residents can participate in growing organic vegetables in the Glasshouse area of the central park. We also plan to create value from waste through upcycling by transforming discarded plastic, paper, and other materials into useful Upcycle Products for our Areeya Family residents.

2. Technology and Innovation for Sustainability The company has launched the 'Recycle Time' application, which has been operational since 2018. This app allows our Areeya Family residents to have their sorted recyclable waste collected from their doorsteps, check the waste collection schedule, and monitor their accumulated earnings in real-time, with no limit on the amount they can accumulate. To date, over 266 tons of waste have been separated, equivalent to planting over 40,000 trees. Due to the success of this project, Areeya received a certificate from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for supporting greenhouse gas reduction activities in 2021.

3. Promoting the Use of Electric Vehicles The company has installed EV chargers to support the increasing number of electric vehicles in projects such as COMO Bianca, COMO Bianca II, and AREN, as well as at the headquarters of Areeya Property Public Company Limited. Additionally, we have launched the 'COLORS FREEVERRR' campaign, offering a small electric vehicle suitable for urban lifestyles to customers who book and transfer ownership of The Colors project.

4. Reducing Environmental Pollution from Construction Processes Although the real estate sector is not the highest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, we recognize our responsibility to participate in preventing and reducing emissions. Therefore, we prioritize waste management in our construction processes to ensure that all Areeya projects are genuinely environmentally friendly.

Moreover, Areeya instills in all employees the value of resources and the importance of using them wisely. We have implemented a waste separation policy within our office buildings, encouraging all employees to sort waste according to the types generated from office activities and to place bins appropriately in various work areas, Mr. Wiwat added.

Areeya Property is committed to actively driving the goal of 'NET ZERO 2050' in the real estate sector. We are ready to take social responsibility and be part of the significant change, fostering awareness and social responsibility among residents and employees, leading to collective efforts for sustainable solutions.
