The Best Waterfront Housing Development award underscores the success of the two leading real estate partners in collaboratively creating “Lake Legend Bangna-Suvarnabhumi,” a luxurious lakeside project spanning 100 rai, inspired by the beautiful Lake Como in Italy, renowned for its stunning scenery and surrounding architecture. The Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) award reflects the design concept derived from experiences in developing luxury real estate in various cities across Asia, presenting two unique home concepts: Lakeside Villa and Garden Villa, characterized by the Modern Italian Lakeside Villa style. The highlight of the project is the Lakeside Villa, a luxurious three-story mansion by the lake, designed as a mansion on a contour landscape, and it incorporates technology used in the construction of Suvarnabhumi Airport, including steel pile technology from the United States, to elevate quality beyond standards. Both awards represent pride in developing a project that stands out and is widely recognized.
