Mr. Kampol Poonsonni, Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited, discussed the overall business operations of the company, stating that as a result of the company's investment portfolio adjustment policy, in the year 2022 (from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022), the company generated revenue of 15.27 billion baht, with a net profit attributable to the company of 168 million baht. The revenue breakdown includes 8.4 billion baht from energy investments (from December 21, 2021, to September 30, 2022), accounting for 55% of total revenue; 1.01 billion baht from commercial refrigeration investments (from November 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022), making up 7% of total revenue; 3.67 billion baht from real estate development, representing 24% of total revenue; and 2.19 billion baht from industrial and other businesses, which is 14% of total revenue.

Although the company continues to face challenges from the economic situation and rising production costs, it has managed to achieve positive revenue from investments in both the energy and industrial sectors, which provide Recurring Income, as well as from real estate development through the sale and transfer of condominium units from projects under Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd.

Currently, the company has a backlog of sales awaiting revenue recognition of over 1.9 billion baht, which will be gradually recognized in 2023-2024, along with ongoing revenue from investments that provide Recurring Income, Mr. Kampol stated.
