AssetWise continues to expand its Lifestyle Community strategy by providing a platform for young people to form teams and showcase their musical talents at the "MONSTR Music Awards @Mingle." This competition invites students from middle school to university to participate in a battle of bands to discover the next generation of outstanding youth musicians, with a total prize pool exceeding 80,000 Baht. Applications are open from today until November 30, 2022.

Mr. Kromchet Wiphanphong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited, a leading real estate development company under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that in addition to developing real estate that meets customer needs, the company focuses on Lifestyle strategies to connect with the preferences and lifestyles of AssetWise customers, particularly the younger generation, which is the company's primary target audience. To align with the interests of this group, AssetWise has launched MONSTR Club, an online platform that gathers news and entertainment activities for young people to participate in, such as the "MONSTR Concert Festival," featuring top artists to create joy and excitement at various AssetWise project locations, E-Sport competitions, and the recent Mingle Cover Dance Contest, which attracted over 70 participating teams, along with the Mingle Cosplay Contest, which saw more than 50 participants. All activities are filled with joy and entertainment, receiving excellent feedback from attendees.

Additionally, the competition will feature esteemed judges from the national music scene, including Tor - Pannawat Dechapanya, a Broadway gold medalist artist and royal award-winning singer, Che - Akkarawit Piriyodom, bassist of The Richman Toy and head of the contemporary music department at Mahidol University, and Game - Thananan Boonsin, an artist from MEGABYTE and music producer, along with many surprise guest appearances to create a memorable experience for the youth. We are confident that this stage will provide Thai youth with the opportunity to showcase their talents and achieve their dreams of becoming artists in the future,” Mr. Kromchet added.

For the "MONSTR Music Awards @Mingle" competition, we invite students from middle school to university to join the youth band competition, with each band consisting of no fewer than 3 members and no more than 10 members. The competition will be divided into three rounds: Round 1 Audition on December 17-18, 2022, Round 2 Battle on January 28-29, 2023, and the Final Round on February 25, 2023, at Mingle Mall, Bangkok University Rangsit Campus.

The winning team will receive a cash prize of 30,000 Baht along with a trophy, prizes from sponsors, and the opportunity to perform at events. The first runner-up will receive 15,000 Baht, a trophy, prizes from sponsors, and the chance to perform at events. The second runner-up will receive 7,000 Baht, a trophy, prizes from sponsors, and the opportunity to perform at events. Additionally, the Mingle Mall Favorite award will receive 3,000 Baht and special prizes from Mingle Mall.
