"PEACE" Reports 9-Month Earnings Surge, Profits Reach 317.15 Million Baht, Growing 110.39% with Confidence to Double Growth in 3 Years
Peace and Living Public Company Limited, or PEACE, has announced its earnings for the first nine months of 2022, showing continuous growth with total revenue of 1,424.70 million baht, up 75.98%, and a net profit of 317.15 million baht, an increase of 110.39%. After Q3/2022, the company reported total revenue exceeding 475.55 million baht, growing 79.81%, and signaled the launch of the "CHERENE Krungthep Kreetha-Romklao" project, which received excellent feedback following its VIP booking round. The company is confident that its earnings will double in three years as targeted.
Mr. Prasopsak Sirisopana, CEO of Peace and Living Public Company Limited, stated that the earnings for the first nine months of 2022 (January-September 2022) amounted to 1,424.70 million baht, a growth of 75.98% compared to the same period last year, which had revenues of 809.58 million baht. In the first nine months of 2022, the company achieved a net profit of 317.15 million baht, up 110.39% from 150.75 million baht in the previous year, indicating that profit growth outpaced revenue growth, with accumulated sales of approximately 1,429 million baht, an increase of 67.92% from the same period last year.
“In Q3/2022, the company recorded a net profit of 108.87 million baht, growing 121.46% from 49.16 million baht in the same period last year. Additionally, in Q3/2022, the company had revenue of 475.55 million baht, up 79.81% from 264.47 million baht in the previous year. The main factors contributing to this growth were the transfer of ownership across all projects. Currently, the Cherene Ngamwongwan-Prachachuen project, the Cherene Watcharapol project, and the Cordis at Udomsuk project have combined sales exceeding 90% of their total project value, and it is expected that all three projects will be sold out by Q4/2022. The performance over the past three quarters has shown impressive growth in both net profit and revenue, clearly reinforcing the success achieved in the first half of the year. Peace and Living continues to build on this success by launching its first project, "CHERENE Krungthep Kreetha-Romklao," a new single-house project in a Modern European style located on Romklao Road, which opened for VIP bookings on November 5, receiving significant interest and positive feedback from customers.
However, with a clear business plan and careful investment at every stage, it is evident that after conducting the initial public offering (IPO) earlier this year, the company has established a strong foundation and is prepared to continuously develop new projects to create robust and stable growth opportunities in the future. All these factors will support PEACE stock as a growth stock and a dividend stock,” Mr. Prasopsak concluded.
