The company has a healthy cash flow and is able to repay its loans. The outlook for Q4/2022 is positive, with ongoing project deliveries as planned and efforts to secure both government and private sector contracts, supporting a backlog of 530 million baht. The company is also optimistic about receiving contract renewal fees from AOT, reinforcing its service revenue target of 400 million baht.

Dr. Pongthorn Tharachaichai, CEO of Project Planning Service Public Company Limited (PPS), disclosed that for the first 9 months of 2022, the company achieved total revenue of 311.41 million baht, an increase from 296.54 million baht in the same period last year, representing a rise of 14.87 million baht or 5%. The net profit was 18.08 million baht, up from 14.89 million baht in the previous year, an increase of 3.19 million baht or 21.40%.

In Q3 of 2022, the company reported total revenue of 108.10 million baht, a decrease from 111.45 million baht in the same period last year, down by 3.35 million baht. The net profit was 10.57 million baht, down from 16.27 million baht in the previous year, a decrease of 5.7 million baht.

Overall, the company has been able to recognize revenue from both government and private sector projects, and has delivered short-term project management work from the private sector close to last year's levels. Compared to Q2, the company saw an increase in revenue from project management and was able to recognize income as planned. Additionally, the company has significantly improved its cash flow from operations, allowing it to gradually repay its bonds and reduce interest expenses.

Looking ahead to Q4 of 2022, the business outlook is promising, with the company accelerating project deliveries to gradually recognize income from ongoing projects, including those from the Airports of Thailand, the development of the Chaeng Watthana Government Complex, the Purple Line Electric Train project, the development of the land for the Royal Thai Customs Department, the Dusit Central Park project, Emsphere, and projects from the retail sector, among others.

Currently, the company has a backlog of 530 million baht and has over 30 million baht worth of projects awaiting contract signing. The company is continuously proposing projects to fill its backlog. Furthermore, there has been good progress in negotiations for consultancy fees for the renewal of the Suvarnabhumi Airport contract, which is expected to be recognized this year. The company believes it will be able to deliver projects and recognize revenue as planned, with revenue and profits expected to grow beyond last year.
