LPP Property Management  is committed to preserving Thai culture by organizing the 'Loy Krathong' festival for residents in the managed projects, to deliver happiness and foster good relationships among residents and their families in a warm Loy Krathong atmosphere.

Ms. Somsri Techakraisri, Managing Director of LPP Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP), a comprehensive real estate management company, stated that it is well-known that over the past three years, COVID-19 has impacted the way of life for everyone, including society as a whole. In the past, LPP has implemented strict measures to ensure safe living conditions within the projects, allowing residents to coexist safely. Thus, this Loy Krathong event serves as a starting point for a relaxed return to community living, while still emphasizing appropriate precautions to maintain safety from COVID-19 under the supervision of LPP's professional team.

The overall atmosphere of the Loy Krathong event held on November 8th across various projects focused on creating a warm ambiance and promoting good Thai traditions, with beautifully decorated venues and lighting for residents to capture lovely moments throughout the night. Various activities were organized, such as a little Miss Noppamas contest, outdoor movie screenings, and fun games. In some locations, residents set up booths, and there were plenty of food and beverage options available, promoting family bonding and relationships among residents. Safety was emphasized, and owners had no additional costs to participate in community activities.

“The response to the activities in each project was very positive, with participation from both owners and their family members, as well as several committee members from various juristic persons. The committees and residents collaborated to create activities that received praise for their organization. This aligns with LPP's goal of fostering good relationships among residents to enhance their quality of life,” Ms. Somsri stated.

LPP places great importance on building good relationships among residents in all projects, in addition to managing living conditions that prioritize comfort and safety under the concept of “Smooth Your Living.”
