"THER (Her) Ladprao 93" is showcasing at the 42nd Housing and Condo Fair, launching the End Year Save x 2 campaign in collaboration with Alexander & James, a luxury furniture brand from the UK, offering a double home decoration package along with the opening of a new zone near the park, aiming for sales of 100 million baht during the event.

Dr. Nawanat Sukhamongkol, Vice Chairman of PATGO Group and Wichitra Development Co., Ltd., the owner of the THER (Her) Ladprao 93 project, revealed that to stimulate sales in the last quarter of this year, the THER Ladprao 93 project is participating in the "42nd Housing and Condo Fair" at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center from October 27-30, 2022. Attendees can enjoy exclusive benefits from the End Year Save x 2 campaign, partnering with Alexander & James, offering a double home decoration package valued at up to 2 million baht, increased to a maximum value of 4 million baht for special units only during this event. The sales target for the event is set at 100 million baht.

Additionally, the project is launching a special sale of 16 units in a new zone near the park, which is the best zone of the project due to its proximity to nature and the park. Prices start at 12.9 million baht, with usable areas ranging from 221-284 square meters, featuring 3-4 bedrooms, 4-5 bathrooms, and parking for up to 3 cars.

 

The project also emphasizes environmental sustainability, having installed underground electrical systems and EV charging points to support future electric vehicles. Recently, it has focused on green energy by installing solar panels at the show house and clubhouse to help reduce global warming and provide alternative energy, achieving a 50% reduction in electricity consumption within the project. This is a pilot project, and solar panels will be implemented in all future projects of the company.

Currently, the THER Ladprao 93 Modern Luxury Townhomes have successfully closed sales for phases 1 and 2, with total sales expected to exceed 500 million baht. The THER Ladprao 93 project is a large-scale development in the heart of Ladprao, just 650 meters from the BTS station, covering 8 rai with 82 units.
