"Ajintai" has unveiled an investment plan, allocating 100 million baht to develop a comprehensive health and beauty center and an entertainment business, with the goal of becoming a leader in both sectors within three years, aiming for revenue to reach 1 billion baht by the end of 2023, despite the economic downturn.

Ms. Pinyapat Theerapiriyakorn, Chairperson of Ajintai Thailand, stated that the company is ready to fully expand its business, currently focusing on two main sectors: 1. A comprehensive health and beauty center under the name "Ajintai Wellness Clinic & Spa" and 2. An entertainment business under the name "Ajintai Entertainment." The company believes both sectors have high growth potential.

In the health sector, there is a strong growth opportunity, as Ajintai Wellness Clinic & Spa aims to be a one-stop center for health and beauty, offering aesthetic treatments, cosmetic surgery, anti-aging therapies, and wellness spa services. Currently, there is one branch operating in Thailand, with plans to open the first branch in Laos by the end of this month.

The expansion plan includes opening branches in Thailand and abroad, such as in China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Dubai, and the United States, through self-investment, joint ventures, and franchising, with branch sizes ranging from 500 to 1,500 square meters. Each branch will require an investment of approximately 5 to 20 million baht, aiming to establish the Ajintai Wellness Clinic & Spa brand as a well-known Thai name.

For 2023, the company aims to expand into the elderly care and beauty hospital sectors in major cities across the country to support customer demand, as Thailand has become a hub for cosmetic surgery and beauty for people worldwide. Additionally, there is a growing demand among both Thai and foreign seniors for high-quality 5-6 star elderly care facilities, presenting an investment opportunity.

In the entertainment sector, the company aims to produce dramas, series, and develop boy bands and girl groups for both the Thai and international markets continuously.

It is expected that by the end of 2022, the company's revenue will reach 300 million baht, with 40% coming from health and beauty, 30% from entertainment, and 30% from other sources, after investing over 100 million baht to fully expand its business this year. The target for 2023 is to exceed 1 billion baht in revenue.
