"Habitat Group" Launches New Project "Highland Park Pool Villa Pattaya" Targeting Real Demand from Thai and Foreign Buyers
"Habitat Group" is making a move into the horizontal property market, partnering with major landowners in the "Chonburi-Pattaya" area. They are set to unveil a new brand project "Highland Park Pool Villa Pattaya" showcasing the concept of "Vacation Pool Villa" with a project value of 1.7 billion baht, targeting real demand from both Thai and foreign buyers looking for a second home instead of renting. VVIP sales will commence this November.
Mr. Chanin Wanichwong, CEO of Habitat Group Co., Ltd. stated that "Habitat Group" has revised its business plan to enter the horizontal market for the first time in 10 years, shifting from a focus on investment properties to creating new opportunities in the large and continuously demanding horizontal market. Having previously developed two pool villa projects, The Ville Jomtien and Cross Two Pattaya Ocean Pier, they have a strong understanding of consumer needs and are ready to leverage this strength in the horizontal market.
This horizontal project is a joint venture with major landowners in the "Chonburi-Pattaya" area, established under the name Habitat Villa Co., Ltd. to jointly develop the "Highland Park Pool Villa Pattaya" project, with Habitat Group holding 70% and the landowner Mr. Rattakij Hengtrakul holding 30%.

The project "Highland Park Pool Villa Pattaya" is distinguished by its premium location in Huay Yai, offering beautiful mountain views, spacious living areas for high privacy, and a clubhouse with complete amenities, including a lounge, swimming pool, kids' club, and multipurpose room.
The primary target market for this project will be families from Bangkok (70%) and foreign nationals working in Thailand and retirees (30%) looking for a place to relax and improve their quality of life. Buyers can choose to purchase for personal use or long-term rental. VVIP sales will start in November 2022, after which feedback from customers will be assessed before launching the second phase.
Mr. Rattakij Hengtrakul, a co-investor in the "Highland Park Pool Villa Pattaya" project, mentioned that there is still strong demand for real estate in Pattaya, especially for villas, driven by tourism and leisure, as well as long-term investment. The target customers include local businesspeople, foreign nationals working in the EEC industrial zone, executives looking to buy instead of rent, and Thais from Bangkok who are interested due to the convenient and short travel time.
The project "Highland Park Pool Villas" is a two-story modern-style pool villa project valued at 1.7 billion baht, covering over 51 rai, with the first phase developing 65 units.
