N.C. Housing Targets Northern Region with Two New Projects Worth 1.6 Billion Baht
N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, a leading real estate firm, has become the first company in Thailand to receive ISO certification. Following its plan to expand into the northern market, it is launching two new projects simultaneously, valued at a total of 1.6 billion baht, under the brand name Blue Greenery Neola, featuring the Regen Series house designs. The company aims to boost sales in the fourth quarter.

Mr. Somnuk Tantathettham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, discussed the company's plans to advance in the northern region by launching two new projects simultaneously, valued at 1.6 billion baht. The Blue Greenery Neola brand is located in a popular area that homebuyers prefer, surrounded by development and amenities. Currently, this area is bustling with shopping centers and hypermarkets, as well as numerous well-known community malls. It is also a hub for leading educational institutions. Notably, the area is served by the seamless Green Line subway (Mo Chit - Saphan Mai - Kukot), providing easy access to the central business district (CBD), along with the Red Line subway service and the elevated Rangsit - Ongkharak road connecting to the Si Rat and Udon Ratchathani expressways, which has led to high demand in the northern region. The primary buyers in this area are young families looking to expand, first-time homebuyers, business owners, employees in the northern industrial estates, civil servants, private organizations, and local business operators, as well as a large customer base that N.C. has established in the northern region.

Regarding product development, the Regen Series concept focuses on designing homes that offer value for living in line with current circumstances, enhancing value for homebuyers. The N.C. brand incorporates the Smart Care concept, emphasizing the importance of interior spaces that provide comfort and relaxation, with living functions that cater to lifestyle needs and the highest safety systems for customers. This prioritizes the well-being of residents and their health, featuring new design homes with safety innovations that facilitate daily living. The Security System can be easily controlled at the touch of a finger, addressing all living needs for a worry-free life, as we care about both living conditions and the health of every family member.

Mr. Somnuk further stated that the company is preparing to launch two new projects in high-potential locations: Rangsit Klong 2 and Lam Luk Ka Klong 7, with a combined project value of 1.6 billion baht. These include single-family homes and twin homes designed like single-family homes, perfectly meeting current housing demands. The first project, Blue Greenery Neola Rangsit Klong 2, spans 40 rai with a value of 1.1 billion baht, featuring single-family homes with a usable area of 200 square meters on 84 square wah of land, starting at 7.2 million baht, and twin homes styled like single-family homes with a usable area of 140 square meters on 39 square wah of land, with introductory prices starting at 3.89 million baht. The second project, Blue Greenery Neola Lam Luk Ka Klong 7, covers 23 rai with a project value of 500 million baht, developed as twin homes styled like single-family homes with a usable area of 133 square meters on 42 square wah of land, starting at just 3.89 million baht. This project emphasizes a suitable number of units within the community to ensure privacy for residents. The launch of these two new projects is seen as a continuation of the success of the previous two projects under the Blue Greenery Neola brand, which received overwhelming customer response during the introductory phase in September, attributed to the convenient location, house design concepts, value-adding functions, and quality homes that meet customer needs, as well as the long-standing trust customers have in the N.C. brand. Additionally, the company is ready to deliver the first batch of homes to buyers by the end of this year and expects sales from both projects to reach 180 million baht in the fourth quarter, Mr. Somnuk concluded.
