CISSA Group Expands Agent Base in Pattaya with Successful First Event, Plans Second Event to Further Business Development
CISSA Group is thrilled after hosting the “CISSA Agent Day Live in Pattaya”, marking its first expansion of the agent base in Pattaya, aiming to attract both Thai and foreign investors to increase their portfolios in the “Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket” project, while guaranteeing attractive returns amidst ongoing economic fluctuations. The response exceeded expectations, prompting plans for a second event on October 15, 2022, starting at 1:00 PM at the Holiday Inn Pattaya. This is seen as a great opportunity as land prices in Phuket have not yet surged, encouraging prompt investments before prices rise after mid-2023.

Ms. Thara Rungsangsuwan, Managing Director of CISSA Group Co., Ltd., a developer of investment properties (IP), shared insights on the agent market following the easing of the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, agents are resuming marketing efforts alongside foreign investors, except for those from China. Particularly, Pattaya agents are skilled in selling investment properties, leading to a substantial foreign customer base, as well as Thai buyers looking to invest. Therefore, the company aims to expand its Pattaya agent base and is confident in its excellent support system.

On September 19, 2022, CISSA Group held the “CISSA Agent Day Live in Pattaya” at the “Holiday Inn Pattaya”, marking the company's first foray into the Pattaya agent market to strengthen the “CISSA Agent House”. Recognizing the potential of Pattaya agents, the company aims to provide investors with options for managing their investment portfolios in the “Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket” project, an investment property in Phuket, one of the world's top tourist destinations. The event saw a significant turnout of agents.
The event aimed to encourage Pattaya agents to attract both Thai and foreign investors to invest in the “Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket”, a premium 5-star hotel, with a world-class management brand. CISSA also offers small investors the opportunity to co-own starting from just 1 million baht, along with numerous exclusive owner benefits, ensuring the project can attract investors. Currently, some parts of the project are already operational, allowing investors to confidently invest their money and potentially increase its value through attractive returns in a fluctuating economy.

“Pattaya agents have clients from all countries, prioritizing Thai investors before expanding to European and Asian markets,” Ms. Thara stated.
She further noted that Pattaya agents are interested in selling projects in the Phuket market but lack familiarity with the location and the package offerings. CISSA is confident in its ability to fully support sales and marketing efforts. This is the first time they have launched in this market, and they hope to collaborate with Pattaya agents to expand business in future projects. The next event will be held on October 15, 2022, starting at 1:00 PM at the Holiday Inn Pattaya.

“The Phuket market still holds significant investment potential, and we believe that from Q4 2022 to Q2 2023, land prices in Phuket will not increase significantly due to the ongoing impacts of the Russia-Ukraine war and the absence of the Chinese market, which is a key market. Therefore, all operators are focusing on clearing their stock first. However, by the second half of 2023, land prices are expected to rise by at least 5%. Thus, this period presents a great opportunity for investment,” Ms. Thara stated after the company established the “CISSA Agent House” program to support agents' sales operations. Currently, there are over 100 agents who have undergone training with the “CISSA Agent House” program, all of whom hold valid business licenses. The program has received positive feedback, and CISSA continues to mentor and organize joint activities, ready to expand its agent base continuously to foster business growth.

Note: The “Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket” project is located on Nai Harn Beach, covering a total area of 11 rai, consisting of a 4-story building with two room types ranging from 40 to 65 square meters, totaling 353 units across 12 buildings. There are 4 buildings operated as a full-service hotel and 8 buildings available for investment and managed by Wyndham Hotel Group. The initial investment starts at 1 million baht, and construction is currently over 90% complete.
