The first round will take place from September 15-18.

(SAM), is preparing to host the “SAM Expo 2022: The Biggest Online Second-Hand Property Fair of the Year” from September 15-18. This event will be held on a new, modern online platform in a virtual world, showcasing prime properties from across the country, including residential properties, land, commercial buildings, and business assets, all curated for customers to explore as if they were visiting booths in person. There will be over 600 listings available, along with a personal assistant, “Nong SAMMY”, to provide comprehensive assistance and detailed advice about the properties. Highlight activities at the event include live showcases of selected properties in prime locations, Live Home Tours that take viewers through actual homes in interesting areas, and consultations with real estate experts to guide customers in choosing properties, as well as special viewing zones tailored to their needs.

For special promotions at the “SAM Expo 2022: The Biggest Online Second-Hand Property Fair of the Year”, SAM is offering various promotions for customers who reserve and schedule property viewings during the event from September 15-18, including “Unlimited Free Transfers”, where SAM will cover the 2% transfer fee, along with gift vouchers of up to 60,000 Baht.
