Siamese Asset Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer recognized for its outstanding property business, has signed an agreement with Ennismore to introduce the "TRIBE" hotel and accommodation brand at Sukhumvit 39, a prime location in the heart of Bangkok. The TRIBE hotel will offer a fresh lifestyle experience, distinguished by its design and a welcoming atmosphere, with plans to open in Thailand by the end of this year.

The room designs will provide spacious areas to cater to long-term stays, ideal for guests wishing to spend extended time in Bangkok for work or leisure. The hotel’s central area, the Social Hub, will include a café, workspaces, and social gathering areas. Additionally, the hotel will offer an all-day dining restaurant and a rooftop bar.
