Property Perfect is moving forward in creating green communities by pioneering the installation of solar roofs in single-family home projects across 8 projects and installing EV Chargers in another 11 projects under the GREEN NEIGHBOR concept, working together to protect the planet and the environment while helping to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Everyone is invited to participate in creating green spaces through the Green Neighbor Virtual Run, achieving the goal of planting up to 37,000 trees.

Mr. Wongkorn Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited  revealed that Property Perfect is accelerating its mission to create green communities based on the concept of GREEN NEIGHBOR because it recognizes that a good environment starts at home. The company is promoting the use of clean energy in single-family homes, raising the standard of living to homes that can save energy or utilize alternative energy for sustainable quality of life, and is ready to meet the needs of consumers who are increasingly concerned about the environment.

In its latest operations, Property Perfect has installed solar roofs that generate electricity from solar energy on new homes in the Perfect Masterpiece and Perfect Place projects, totaling 8 projects. The solar roofs installed in the Perfect Place project have a capacity of 1.6 kWp, which can save approximately 10,300 baht/year in electricity costs in the first year, while the Perfect Masterpiece project has a capacity of 3.21 kWp, helping to save up to 20,700 baht/year in electricity costs in the first year.

Property Perfect has also installed EV chargers for new single-family homes across 11 projects, including the Perfect Masterpiece and Perfect Place projects. The Perfect Park project features an EV Ready system that supports the installation of electric vehicle charging equipment, providing convenience for electric vehicle users, who typically charge at home more than 80% of the time. This also supports the use of clean energy in daily life.

Additionally, the choice of environmentally friendly construction materials means that today, homes from Property Perfect are built using SCG Green Choice products, which help save energy and reduce the use of natural resources. For example, eco-friendly concrete reduces greenhouse gas emissions, lightweight bricks reduce heat and save energy, and insulation made from recycled materials replaces the use of natural sand. Furthermore, every construction process focuses on minimizing waste to avoid pollution.

Along with developing energy-efficient housing, Property Perfect aims to be part of the solution in reducing carbon dioxide, which contributes to global warming, by collaborating with partner agencies to organize the Green Neighbor Virtual Run, which allows everyone to participate in creating green communities through walking and running to convert distance into tree planting. The response has been positive, exceeding the set goal, and resulting in the planting of up to 37,000 trees, which can absorb up to 370,000 kilograms of carbon dioxide per year. Trees will be planted both within the projects and in surrounding communities, as well as participating in the restoration of the coastal forest ecosystem at Pranburi Forest Park. Interested individuals can join the activity free of charge to be part of ongoing environmental conservation efforts until September 30.
