Major Development, the true pet-friendly condominium, is preparing to host a special concert titled “RAINING CATS & DOGS”. This event will feature two iconic music bands from different eras: the 80s representative POLYCAT (Team Cat) and the 90s alternative music legend MODERNDOG (Team Dog). This marks their first collaboration to showcase a musical clash on a stage designed as a ‘playground’ for dogs and cats, amidst an audience of Pet & Pleng (music) Lovers. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charities that care for stray dogs and cats.

The RAINING CATS & DOGS concert will take place on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at BCC Hall, 5th floor, Central Ladprao, starting at 7:00 PM. The event will feature various activity booths that provide a unique experience of cohabiting with beloved pets in an atmosphere of equality, alongside MAJOR DEVELOPMENT, the true pet-friendly condominium, and booths from volunteers who continuously help stray dogs and cats, such as the “Toon Hua of Baw” page and The Voice Foundation.

Early bird tickets for Cats & Dogs will be available from July 23 to 25, 2022, priced at 2,400 THB / 2,000 THB / 1,800 THB / 1,500 THB / 1,300 THB.

Regular ticket sales will begin on July 26, 2022, at prices of 3,000 THB / 2,500 THB / 2,200 THB / 1,800 THB / 1,500 THB. Tickets can be purchased at Thaiticketmajor.com.
