The Nest Property collaborates with Japanese investment firm Kanden Realty to invest in horizontal real estate, preparing to launch a new project spanning over 70 rai along the prime location of the newly constructed Srinakarin-Krungthepkreetha road, with a total project value exceeding 5 billion baht. They are debuting an exclusive three-story single-family home project under the brand AERIE srinakarin-krungthepkreetha starting at just 16.9 million baht, with plans to purchase three more plots of land this year, targeting total sales of over 10 billion baht.

Ms. Usana Mahakitjiri, CEO of The Nest Property Co., Ltd., stated, "Since the completion of the Srinakarin-Romklao road, or the New Krungthepkreetha, in 2019, which connects the eastern and western outer ring road networks, it has improved travel efficiency and alleviated traffic issues, fostering economic and social development in the area. This has transformed the region into a 'golden location' in eastern Bangkok, attracting leading real estate companies to invest, resulting in a vibrant community mall and luxury homes worth hundreds of billions of baht. Among them is The Nest Property, a company under the P.M. Group, which has also established a residential project on this valuable road.

Currently, the company is preparing an investment plan to acquire land for both short-term and medium-term real estate development, including high-rise residential projects like condominiums and horizontal residences such as single-family homes. This year, they also plan to invest in purchasing three additional plots of land, which, upon project completion, will generate total sales exceeding 10 billion baht.

In this joint venture, The Nest has partnered with Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd., a major real estate developer in Japan, to establish The Nest Home Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 60:40, to develop horizontal residences under the new brand Aerie, inspired by the concept of Central Park in New York. Currently, they have two plots of land (29 rai and 42 rai) along both sides of the New Krungthepkreetha road, totaling over 70 rai with a sales value exceeding 5 billion baht.

The AERIE srinakarin-krungthepkreetha project is located on over 29 rai of land, with a project value of over 2.5 billion baht, developed into luxurious three-story single-family homes with land sizes ranging from 50-80 square wah, offering three house designs with usable areas from 313-434 square meters, totaling 115 units, with sales starting at 16.9 million baht per unit.

The project is now officially on sale. For more details, visit www.thenestproperty.co.th or call 065-914-7979, with a target to close sales by 2025.
