Recently, they launched a campaign to help alleviate burdens with the "Counter-Trend 50% Reduction - 4-Year Common Fee Waiver" covering 16 projects in excellent locations, set to kick off from today until September 30, 2022.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited stated that consumers currently have limited purchasing power due to the stagnant economy resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, along with ongoing negative factors both domestically and internationally, such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict and current inflation, which have increased living costs. Real estate developers and banks have collaborated with the private sector to create promotional campaigns that attract consumers by reducing various costs associated with buying a home, thereby enhancing purchasing power for those wishing to own a home.
