SHARGE Launches Major Campaign 'SHARGE Unlocks' to Transform Clean Energy in Residences, Inviting Condos Nationwide to Install EV Chargers for Free!
SHARGE is advancing its plan to Scale Up the EV Future by launching the major campaign 'SHARGE Unlocks', inviting condos across the country to install EV Chargers with SHARGE for free, along with comprehensive services. The aim is to enhance the country's infrastructure, starting from millions of households nationwide, addressing the demand for 200,000 charging points across the country, and promoting a low-carbon society. SHARGE is moving forward to partner with leading property management companies such as CBRE and Plus Property to install EV Chargers for condo and office customers, while also opening up opportunities for small housing developers to purchase chargers at special prices.

Mr. Pirapat Sirichantaropas, Managing Director of SHARGE Management Co., Ltd. (SHARGE), a leader in creating the EV Charging Ecosystem to meet sustainable lifestyle needs, revealed that based on the government's 30@30 policy, which aims for zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) to account for at least 30% of total vehicle production by 2030, or approximately 725,000 electric cars annually, the company estimates that Thailand will need no less than 200,000-250,000 EV Chargers to support this volume of EVs. This necessitates a continuous push to develop EV infrastructure in Thailand.
As a top leader in the EV Charger business, SHARGE remains committed to driving the vision of Scale Up EV Future, enhancing readiness for the growth of EV numbers in Thailand. Thus, the campaign 'SHARGE Unlocks' invites project developers, property management companies, and condominium co-owners nationwide to install EV Chargers in their projects with SHARGE, which will invest in the installation of AC EV Chargers at no cost.
“To drive Thailand's EV Ecosystem forward, we must start at the household level, making everyone feel that EVs and EV Chargers are easily accessible. Over the past 20 years, approximately 700,000 new condominium units have been built in Bangkok and its vicinity, and nationwide, there are likely more than 1 million units. SHARGE is pleased to help increase opportunities for residents in both new and existing condominium projects nationwide, allowing millions of households to access EV Chargers more easily, rapidly enhancing EV Infrastructure through initial investment in installations, and boosting confidence for residents considering purchasing EVs,” said Mr. Pirapat.
The 'SHARGE Unlocks' campaign is open for project developers planning new condominium developments, property management companies, and co-owners managing and residing in completed condominium projects to contact SHARGE's Call Center at 02-114-7571 or via email at [email protected]. A representative will coordinate to assess the site, evaluate needs, and propose an installation plan. The installation service in the company's condominiums will be a comprehensive One-Stop Service, coordinating with the relevant electricity authorities, installation, and after-sales service.
Mr. Pirapat added that in addition to the 'SHARGE Unlocks' campaign, the company has partnered with major property management firms like Plus Property Co., Ltd. to offer SHARGE's EV Charger installation services to both condominium and office clients as a priority, and is also collaborating with CBRE, a global full-service real estate consulting firm. Additionally, discussions are ongoing with other leading property management companies.
Recently, SHARGE has presented its services to 100 condominium projects, with initial interest in installing over 600 charging points. It is expected that around 300 charging points will be installed within this year, marking the beginning of the largest EV Charger network in residential areas in Thailand. Simultaneously, discussions are ongoing with over 80 office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, and lifestyle locations.
Encouraging the installation of EV Chargers in condominiums, office buildings, shopping malls, and all lifestyle locations is a collaborative effort to create a low-carbon society, reducing carbon dioxide emissions from combustion engine vehicles, and instilling consumer confidence in using EVs. Additionally, it reduces energy costs; charging from SHARGE's chargers in condominiums costs about 1.7 baht per kilometer, which is roughly half the current cost of gasoline. Many countries, such as Singapore and the United States, are already seriously promoting the installation of EV Chargers in residences.
Currently, SHARGE provides services to customers in three main business segments:
1. Charger Sales & Installation - Selling and installing chargers for homeowners and private houses.
2. Charging as a Service - Selling electricity for charging EVs at various public service points or in buildings with a large number of residents, such as condominiums, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, etc.
3. Custom Corporate & Fleet Solution - Selling electricity to private organizations and large vehicle service providers.
For housing project developers, home builders, and owners of single-family homes interested in purchasing EV Chargers for installation in their homes, they can contact SHARGE's team at 02-114-7571 or via email at [email protected].
